Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style.
What's eligible for return? You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with tags) or defective, unless it was a close out final sale and noted such at purchase.
Please note, although we don't smoke we are all for your personal liberties. However, items sold to a smoking home will reek and are considered used and not returnable. We must be able to feel comfortable that an item returned can be resold as new and if it smells like an ash tray, it won't cut the mustard.
All swimwear must have the original tags and hygienic liner intact.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your invoice or a copy with exchange/refund instructions. Fedora hats must be returned in original correct sized shipping box.

10% Restock fee for items returned for refund that are not defective or shipped in error.
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
1)Note the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice or copy and include it with your return.
2) Repackage item and use the return address provided below
3)Take the package to your nearest USPS.
If you are returning a defective item or an item shipped in error by BFR, You will not be charged the $6 return postage fee for your exchange, and BFR will reimburse your return shipping costs (USPS Postage).
Time is of the essence, please inspect and try on your items upon arrival, there is a two week window for you to return items. You must return items within 2 Business weeks. Returns will not be accepted if posted past this window. Also please note: Closeout and sale items are not eligible for return.
